At Equality Action, we have always been committed to helping people access reliable immigration advice and support, particularly those who may face financial, language or other barriers when navigating the immigration system.

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining this service, we have recently introduced fees for our immigration advice and casework.

Why Have We Introduced Fees?

Like many charities, Equality Action has faced rising running costs in recent years, particularly those associated with staffing, maintaining our premises and covering essential day-to-day operations.

These increasing costs have made it more challenging to continue providing our immigration advice service free of charge.

By introducing affordable fees, we can help cover these basic operating expenses and ensure our immigration advice and casework remain available to the communities who rely on us.

Affordable Advice Remains Our Priority

Equality Action remains a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation.

Our fees are intended to cover the essential costs of providing our immigration service, rather than generate profit.

We aim to offer a cost-effective alternative to private solicitors and commercial immigration advice providers, helping people access professional support at a more affordable price.

Although the way we fund this service has changed, our commitment to treating every client with respect, understanding and care remains the same.
