Can you spare a few hours a month to support a local charity?

Equality Action is currently looking for some new trustees. If you are passionate about equality and diversity and our work on supporting the community how about considering being part of our board of trustees.

Currently we are looking to recruit:

• General Trustees
• Assistant Treasurer

General Trustees

We pride ourselves in having a diverse and representative board so we would love to hear from anyone who may be interested. Some of the skills and experience we are interested in are fundraising, marketing and business acumen. We would love to hear from anyone who wants to support us in promoting equality and diversity.

Assistant Treasurer

An Assistant Treasurer should have experience in Excel and either a background in finance or the willingness and interest to learn. Experience in Sage Accounting and Payroll, management accounts and financial planning (cash flows and budgets) are desirable however not essential as training will be provided.
